What is RSVP Events?

RSVP Events is a free online invitation and RSVP tool for occasions where the details matter: weddings, milestone birthdays, anniversaries, christenings and formal dinners. Share one link or a printed QR code and collect replies, meal choices, dietary needs and guest numbers in one host dashboard.

Is RSVP Events really free?

Yes. The current service is free for events of up to 300 guests. There is no card, subscription or trial countdown. The free plan includes the invitation page, RSVP collection, guest questions, a reply-by date, QR code, reminders and host dashboard.

Do I or my guests need an account?

No. You can create an event without signing up and manage it using your private dashboard link. Guests open the invitation in their browser and reply without an account or an app. An optional host account lets you keep your events together.

Can I collect meal choices, allergies and plus-ones?

Yes. Choose the questions that matter to your event, including a meal choice for each guest, dietary requirements, plus-ones and children, who get their own names and meals. Keep sensitive questions optional and tell guests why you need the information.

Can I send my invitation on WhatsApp or print a QR code?

Yes. Every event has a shareable invitation link. Send it by WhatsApp, text or email, or print the QR code on your paper invitations. Every reply lands in the same guest list.

Can guests change their RSVP?

Yes. Guests who give an email address receive a private reply link so they can update their response. Hosts can also edit responses in the dashboard when someone gets in touch directly.

Are my invitation and guest list public?

Your invitation can be opened by anyone who has its link unless you add a password. It is not listed in a public directory or shown in search results. Your dashboard link is private and guests never get access to it.
