Nothing hidden in the small print
Is RSVP Events really free?
Yes. The current service is free for events of up to 300 guests. There is no card, subscription or trial countdown. The free plan includes the invitation page, RSVP collection, guest questions, a reply-by date, QR code, reminders and host dashboard.
Do I or my guests need an account?
No. You can create an event without signing up and manage it using your private dashboard link. Guests open the invitation in their browser and reply without an account or an app. An optional host account lets you keep your events together.
What is the guest limit?
The free service supports up to 300 guests per event. You can set a lower guest limit for your own event, and choose whether children take a place towards it. For a larger gathering, contact us using Get in touch before sending your invitations.
Is this a paid ticketing service?
No. RSVP Events collects invitations and replies. It does not sell tickets or take payments, so there is no payment provider to set up.
Do I have to upload a cover image?
No. You can upload your own cover photo, generate one or leave the invitation plain. Guest questions and event details can be tailored to the occasion.
