RSVP Events is a free online invitation and RSVP tool for weddings, milestone birthdays, anniversaries, christenings and formal dinners: occasions where meal choices and an accurate headcount matter. It is free for events of up to 300 guests. Hosts create an event without signing up, and guests reply without an account or an app.

- An optional reply-by date shown on the invitation, an optional email nudge three days before it, and a choice to accept late replies or close them.
- Invitation details
- Dress code, gift list, travel and hotel information and a schedule of the day, shown to guests and in their confirmation email.
- Sharing
- One invitation link for WhatsApp, text or email, and a printable QR code for paper invitations.
- For the caterer
- A live headcount with adults and children counted, a count per dish with an optional children's menu, and a CSV export.
- Guest limit
- An optional limit on places, up to 300. Children take a place towards it unless the host turns that off, for example when little ones will sit on a lap.
- Privacy
- Invitations are not listed or indexed. An optional password adds an access check. Guests can update their own reply from a private link.
- Not included
- Ticket sales, payments, seating plans and a public event directory.

- The United Kingdom, with UK spelling, dates and times.
What does it do?
Create an invitation page, share a link or QR code and collect replies, guest numbers, meal choices and dietary needs. Manage the responses in your host dashboard and export the guest list when you need it.

How is it different from a group chat or a form?
A group chat scatters replies through messages and shows everyone each other's number. A general form tool needs building and does not count meals per dish. Paper RSVP cards cost postage and have to be added up by hand. RSVP Events does the counting for you. Compare the options.
Is my invitation private?
Invitations are shared by link and never listed or indexed. Add a password when you need an extra check, keep your dashboard link private and only ask for guest details that are relevant to your event. Read our privacy notice.
